Hello everyone! I'm Kevin Heaphy, your trainer, sports therapist, and creator of MyoFire.com.
Since 1995 I have accumulated more than 60,000 hrs of 1-on-1 training and sports therapy with all types of people. I enjoy learning about individuals and finding out their particular needs, and above all, helping them find a sustainable way to feel better. From pro-football players and Julliard-trained ballet dancers to weekend warriors and soccer moms, I'm grateful to have helped all of my clients achieve their goals and find better qualities of life.
